LeadSafe Module: Effective Safety Communication
Course by: go2HR

Description
Effective safety communication is more than delivering information. It means making sure the message is understood, creating space for workers to contribute, and responding to what you hear.
Effective Safety Communication is a 30-minute, online, self-paced micro-learning module that builds on the foundation established in LeadSafe: Health & Safety for Supervisors. It gives supervisors practical communication strategies they can use to make safety conversations clearer, more constructive, and more meaningful.

- Giving constructive feedback and creating an environment where workers feel comfortable raising safety concerns and contributing to solutions.

- Aspiring supervisors preparing to take on a leadership role
- New and current supervisors looking to build their health and safety knowledge and confidence
