LeadSafe Module: Everyday Safety Leadership
Course by: go2HR

Description
Safety leadership goes beyond formal meetings, policies, or training. It happens in the everyday conversations, decisions, actions, and interactions that shape how work gets done.
Everyday Safety Leadership is a 30-minute, online, self-paced micro-learning module that builds on the foundation established in LeadSafe: Health & Safety for Supervisors. It helps supervisors strengthen the practical leadership skills they can use every day to influence safe work and build trust with their teams.
