LeadSafe: Health and Safety for Supervisors - All Modules

This course is designed to provide supervisors with the knowledge, practical tools, and leadership skills needed to fulfill their occupational health and safety responsibilities. 

Rather than focusing only on regulatory requirements, the course follows the supervisor’s role throughout the employee lifecycle, from understanding responsibilities, preparing workers for success, leading safe work every day, responding when incidents occur, and continuously improving workplace health and safety.

The course balances legal responsibilities with practical leadership skills, recognizing that supervisors influence both physical and psychological safety through their daily decisions, communication, and leadership.

Technical Requirements: Recommended interface is a Windows environment using a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25Mbps) and a modern, standards-compliant web browser to view animations and HD video (Google Chrome is recommended).

Refund Policy: The course is refundable within 15 days of purchase, provided the course has not been started. Once the Status of the course has changed from 'Not Started' to 'In Progress', the course is non-refundable. Refund requests must be received by email at training@go2hr.ca
