Leadership Development Group Coaching – Private Groups

Leadership Development  Group Coaching brings foundational theory to life through group coaching, honing the critical people skills needed to be an effective leader in any tourism or hospitality work environment. 

Developed in consultation with industry HR practitioners, this cost-effective series of private group coaching sessions for your leadership team covers essential conflict resolution, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in a supportive environment with seasoned HR professionals.  

The course is divided into four virtual sessions, delivered once per month to allow time for implementation of the skills in the workplace.

Every group coaching session starts with a brief presentation on the topic and has time built in for modelling and practicing both prepared scenarios and current situations leaders bring to each session to work through. All participants receive essential language scripts takeaways, tips and/or checklists to assist with operationalizing the session's learnings into their own work environment. 

Dates are finalized with your organization after purchase. Contact us training@go2hr.ca with any additional questions and to book dates. We are currently booking sessions to start September 2025 and beyond.  Dates may be changed upon mutual agreement between the client and go2HR .

Price is per person and includes all 4 group coaching sessions; minimum group size is 5, maximum is 15.

In-person options may be considered for an additional fee and is based on the availability of instructors. 

Additional sessions beyond the initial 4 group coaching sessions can be purchased on the following topics: Smart Scheduling, Recruitment, and Know your Legislation. 

Technical Requirements: Recommended interface is a Windows environment using a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25Mbps) and a modern, standards-compliant web browser to participate in virtual sessions.

Refund Policy: Once session dates are confirmed and instructors are assigned, the training becomes non-refundable.

A 100% refund is available prior to confirmation of the session dates.
A 50% refund is available if the request is received at least 30 days before the first session.

Participant replacements are accepted up to 2 business days before the first session begins.
