Supervisor Training – All Modules delivers the skills and knowledge needed to be an effective supervisor in the any tourism work environment. Developed by Emerit, learning content is based on the Supervisor National Occupational Standards, which are developed in consultation with industry experts and practitioners and cover all aspects of working as a professional in the occupation. The course is divided into eight topics, covering the skills and knowledge required to be an effective supervisor in any tourism work environment.
Topics include:
- Introduction (one module)
- Developing Your Leadership (three modules)
- Ensuring Effective Communication (two modules)
- Managing Your Team (three modules)
- Promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Principles (one module)
- Overseeing Finances (one module)
- Managing Operations (two modules)
- Compliance, Safety and Security (two modules)
- Delivering Excellent Service (two modules)

Technical Requirements: Recommended interface is a Windows environment using a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25Mbps) and a modern, standards-compliant web browser to view animations and HD video (Google Chrome is recommended).
