Designed to raise your awareness of cultural diversity in the workplace and build foundational intercultural knowledge and skills, this course will help you practically build inclusive workplaces. The goal of intercultural communication is to help people from different cultural backgrounds understand each other and avoid miscommunications.
 
In this course, we will explore terms such as culture, cultural diversity, and intercultural competence. We'll delve into how cultural conflicts can arise in the workplace and what actions can be taken to address them, as well as learning how to apply the B.E.S.T. approach. By the end of this course, you will have the awareness to recognize cultural differences, the tools to understand them, and strategies to work more effectively in a culturally diverse team.
