Food and Beverage Service Training - All Modules delivers the skills and knowledge needed to be an effective food and beverage service professional in any tourism work environment. Developed by Emerit, learning content is based on the Food and Beverage Server and Banquet Server National Occupational Standards, which are developed in consultation with industry experts and practitioners and cover all aspects of working as a professional in these occupations. The course is divided into eight topics, covering professionalism, product knowledge, procedural knowledge, as well as specialized service skills for banquets and various types of alcohol. Learners can explore all modules in sequence, or choose to start with modules that cover areas where their skills and knowledge may need improvement.
